账号删除说明

你可以随时删除哟西账号及关联学习数据。我们会尽量让删除入口清晰、流程可理解、处理范围明确。

如何删除账号

打开 App

进入“我的”页面，点击右上角或页面内的“设置”。

进入账号与服务

展开“注销账号 / 数据删除”，阅读删除范围和提示。

确认删除

按页面提示输入确认文字并提交。提交后，账号和关联学习数据将删除，且无法撤销。

删除范围

邮箱账号、用户 ID、显示名称、登录会话和认证令牌。
学习时长、跟读次数、任务完成记录、学习奖励事件和连续学习数据。
故事、漫画、视频等内容进度。
学分、学分变动记录、礼物库存、角色好感度、日语能力等级和相关互动记录。
聊天、语音相关的历史记录和统计数据，若服务器保存则一并处理。

游客与本地数据

游客模式数据主要保存在本机。卸载 App、清除本地数据或更换设备后，游客数据可能无法恢复。若你已登录邮箱账号，部分学习数据会同步到服务器。

删除后影响

删除后你可能无法继续访问原账号下的学习记录、内容进度和奖励数据。
同一邮箱后续重新登录时，可能会被视为新的学习账号。
账号删除通常会在提交后立即开始处理，并在合理时间内完成；因法律、安全、争议处理需要保留的极少量记录，会在必要期限后删除或匿名化。

无法在 App 内操作时

如果你无法登录 App 或找不到删除入口，可以发送邮件至 zhangshanlishiwang@gmail.com，并说明需要删除的邮箱账号。我们会协助核验并处理。为保护账号安全，我们可能要求你提供能证明账号归属的信息。

削除方法

アプリを開く

「マイページ」に入り、右上またはページ内の「設定」をタップします。

アカウントとサービスへ

「アカウント削除 / データ削除」を開き、削除範囲と注意事項を確認します。

削除を確認

画面の案内に従って確認文を入力し送信します。送信後、アカウントと関連データは削除され、元に戻せません。

削除範囲

メールアカウント、ユーザー ID、表示名、ログインセッション、認証トークン。
学習時間、音読回数、タスク完了記録、学習報酬イベント、連続学習データ。
ストーリー、漫画、動画などの進捗。
ポイント、ポイント変動記録、ギフト在庫、キャラクター好感度、日本語能力レベル、交流記録。
サーバーに保存されている場合、チャット・音声関連の履歴と統計。

ゲストと端末内データ

ゲストデータは主に端末内に保存されます。アプリ削除、端末データ消去、端末変更後は復元できない場合があります。メールアカウントでログインしている場合、一部の学習データはサーバーに同期されます。

削除後の影響

削除後、元の学習記録、進捗、報酬データにアクセスできなくなる場合があります。
同じメールアドレスで再度ログインした場合、新しい学習アカウントとして扱われることがあります。
アカウント削除は通常、送信後すぐに処理を開始し、合理的な期間内に完了します。法令、安全、紛争対応上必要な最小限の記録は、必要期間後に削除または匿名化します。

アプリ内で操作できない場合

ログインできない、または削除入口が見つからない場合は、削除対象のメールアカウントを記載して zhangshanlishiwang@gmail.com までご連絡ください。アカウント保護のため、所有者確認に必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。

Account Deletion

You may delete your Yoxi account and related learning data at any time. This page explains the deletion path, scope, and impact.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the app

Go to “Profile” and tap “Settings” in the top-right corner or inside the page.

Open account services

Expand “Account / Data Deletion” and review the deletion scope and notices.

Confirm deletion

Enter the confirmation text as instructed and submit. After submission, the account and related learning data will be deleted and cannot be restored.

Deletion Scope

Email account, user ID, display name, login sessions, and authentication tokens.
Study duration, speaking practice count, completed tasks, learning reward events, and streak data.
Progress for stories, comics, videos, and related content.
Credits, credit event records, gift inventory, character bonds, Japanese skill levels, and interaction records.
Chat and voice histories or statistics if stored on our server.

Guest and Local Data

Guest mode data is primarily stored on your device. It may not be recoverable after uninstalling the app, clearing local data, or switching devices. If you log in with an email account, some learning data may be synced to the server.

After Deletion

You may no longer access learning records, progress, or rewards under the deleted account.
If you later log in with the same email, it may be treated as a new learning account.
Account deletion usually starts immediately after submission and will be completed within a reasonable period. A very limited set of records required for legal, security, or dispute purposes may be retained for the necessary period and then deleted or anonymized.

If You Cannot Use the App

If you cannot log in or cannot find the deletion entry, email zhangshanlishiwang@gmail.com and identify the account you want deleted. We will help verify and process the request. To protect account security, we may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.
